This program is for beginners with very little or no experience ages 3 -5. This learn-to-skate program focuses on fun & participation to develop fundamental skills through age appropriate games & activities. This program is taught by a Professional Coach, aided by trained Volunteer Program Assistants.
This program is for children with little experience ages 5 and up. Skaters are organized into age and ability appropriate groups to develop skating skills as defined by CanSkate Stages 1 through 3. Awards & incentives are used to encourage all skaters who also have the option to take Skate Canada tests. This program is taught by a Professional Coach, aided by trained Volunteer Program Assistants.
This program is for skaters who have passed CanSkate Stage 3. Skaters of Level 4 through 6 have the opportunity to develop fundamental figure skating skills. This program is taught by a Professional Coach, aided by trained Volunteer Program Assistants.
ages 6 and up
This high energy instructional program is geared to Hockey/Ringette skaters ages 6 & up who already possess basic skating skills. Skaters are organized by ability to focus on balance, power, agility, speed & endurance. Skills, & conditioning drills are taught in a format emphasizing how the skills apply to game situations. This program is taught by a Professional Coach, aided by trained Volunteer Program Assistants.
