Corius, altius, fortius: faster, higher, stronger PA’s are a vital link to the success of our club, helping our Professional Coaches run group sessions smoothly & efficiently. PA’s are experienced skaters who have attended a club PA Clinic every fall to prepare for their job. PA’s must be at least 12 years old and are eligible to coach for KidSkate & CanSkate sessions. Honorariums are earned after completion of 20 hours of volunteer time, to be used as credits against ice costs. StarSkate PA’s must be at least 13, completed 20 hours, & coached 1 year of CanSkate. Shadow PA’s must be 11 years old & are eligible to shadow- coach for KidSkate & CanSkate sessions. After 20 hours of volunteer time, they can be considered an official PA. Are you a parent with previous skating experience who would like to participate as a PA during our programs?  If so, please contact our PA Liaison for further information on how we would assign our Adult PA’s. Our PA’s volunteer their time & expertise because of their love for the sport.
